If you would like to attend the SCC Church Family Weekend Away but you aren't eligible for a concession rate, or the concession rates are also not financially possible for you and would mean you cannot attend, we invite you to complete the below form. The church has a defined assistance fund which will be proportionally allocated to those who have requested financial assistance.

In order to attend, I request the following extra discount on the standard or concession rate:
25% further discount
50% further discount
